La Noce d'Alfonse

La Noce d’Alfonse is a celebration of love in all its forms, as tender as it is kitschy. A freak show of the heart where caustic humour, circus performance and live music collide in festive poetry. Each night, a bold—and sometimes bawdy—procession unfolds through a series of scenes that are as acrobatic as they are romantic, honouring the union of one lucky couple in the audience. Rooted in a 1970s aesthetic and fuelled by interactions with the crowd, the show joyfully spills over into all kinds of mayhem. It features Cirque Alfonse’s signature blend of irreverence, daring, poetry and live music. With its unabashed Caribbean and traditional Quebec influences, the music sets the tone for a vintage wedding looking toward the future. Put on your finest clothes: you’re invited to toss the bouquet!
