Description
Season: fall 2026.
Drop-in running for all ages at Centre sportif de Gatineau.
Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 to 7:45 a.m. Sessions also take place from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. on selected Saturdays listed in the schedule. Capacity: 20 participants at a time.
No advance registration is required. Admission is free with a valid Accès Gatineau + card. Without the card, the per-person rate is $7.50 for participants under 18 and those aged 65 and over, and $15 for adults aged 18–64. Cardholders using the free-admission option must show their valid card at reception.
Private training and lessons are not permitted; only attendant-authorized drop-in practice is allowed. Non-marking athletic shoes are required. Use of the change rooms is strongly recommended; bring a lock for your locker.
