No reservation is required. The Accès Gatineau+ card must be presented at reception on arrival; eligible cardholders receive free admission. Published rates effective September 1, 2026: children under 18, $7.50; adults aged 18 to 64, $15.00; seniors aged 65 and over, $7.50. Debit or credit card only; cash is not accepted.
Beginner skating aids are available free of charge. Each admission covers one 50- to 80-minute session. Everyone must leave the ice at the end; to attend the next session, return to reception. New people waiting have priority, subject to capacity. Changing rooms are available for 30 minutes before and after the session.
Skates are mandatory. Children aged 6 and under must wear a helmet and be accompanied by an adult on the ice at all times. Helmets are strongly recommended for beginners, and gloves are strongly recommended. Strollers, sleds and baby carriers are prohibited on the ice, as are hockey and figure skating. Do not gather or loiter at the rink edge, sit on the boards, roughhouse, push or skate dangerously, drink, eat, smoke, or spit on the ice or benches. Supervisors may require anyone who breaks these rules to leave immediately.
