Drop-in family gym activities for families with children aged 4 and over at École primaire des Deux-Ruisseaux. Capacity: 25 participants at a time.
These semi-structured and drop-in activities are designed to foster parent-child interaction through play and encourage physical activity according to participants’ preferences and abilities.
Sessions take place Sundays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. and 10:45 to 11:45 a.m., October 18–December 13, 2026.
No advance registration is required. Admission is free with a valid Accès Gatineau + card, which is required at this school. Payment is not available on site. Show your valid card at reception.
Use of the change rooms for personal belongings is strongly recommended; bring a lock for your locker. Non-marking athletic shoes are required. Bring your water bottle.
