Raccoon x Ya Cetidon

Connexion presents Raccoon x Ya Cetidon. Raccoon blends European-style lyrical sophistication, hard-hitting American-style flow and his Haitian cultural heritage to create distinctly Quebec rap. His nuanced, socially engaged writing, touched with humour, earned him recognition as Radio-Canada’s 2020–2021 rap Révélation. Born in Congo-Brazzaville and now based in Montreal and Laval, Ya Cetidon fuses Afrobeat, hip-hop, R&B and dancehall. His stage energy, natural ease and sense of rhythm bring audiences together.
