Sisters of '78

Written by Kristen Da Silva and presented as a Blyth Festival production, Sisters of ’78 is inspired by the historic Fleck Strike in Centralia, Ontario. This fierce, funny, and deeply moving ensemble drama follows women who refused to stay silent. As unsafe conditions and harassment push workers to the brink, friendships are tested, neighbours divided, and an ordinary factory becomes the front line of a fight for dignity, equality, and collective power.
