Symphonie Africaine Kola

Multi-instrumentalist, singer, guitarist, speaker, sound therapy specialist and master Nkuu drummer Atna Njock, also known as Zekuhl, takes the stage with 19 musicians. Originally from Cameroon, he carries on the Mbok hop makin tradition—the language of tones—an ancestral African wisdom of communication through sound and rhythm based on rhythmic codes and sacred geometry. He presents a distinctive, innovative style of African Bantu/Baka (Pygmy) world jazz from Cameroon in a symphonic setting, offering an ancestral experience that is both festive and therapeutic.
