Mario Tessier

Comedian Mario Tessier presents his third one-man show, titled Champion, returning with his trademark explosive energy. Champion is a concentrated dose of irresistible humour that blends self-deprecation with improbable situations. In this show, Mario confronts his own contradictions with a dash of madness: training for professional boxing right after a Botox session, becoming the owner of a mare even though he’s never ridden a horse, or thinking he’s a genius when… well, you get the picture! With Champion, Mario brings to light that “great champion” slumbering within each of us—the one who pushes us to aim higher… or to make fools of ourselves in the funniest ways possible. If you love him on the airwaves of Radio Énergie, wait until you see him on stage! He’ll make you laugh even more with his infectious energy, his legendary comedic timing, and that winner’s face you can’t help but love! Performance in French
