A comedy that laughs at our prejudices! Alain Bouchard, a proud Quebecer, has always raised his daughters in a spirit of tolerance and openness. Yet he finds himself unsettled by the fact that three of his four daughters are in relationships with men from different backgrounds. Every family celebration becomes a challenge, filled with misunderstandings and tensions that put family harmony to the test. To restore peace and joy at home, Alain’s wife, Marie, proposes a big Christmas gathering. Alain sees it as a last chance to introduce his fourth daughter, Karine, to a Quebecer of French-Canadian ancestry. But as preparations intensify, he realizes that the celebration may hold plenty of surprises! A warm, laughter-filled comedy exploring diversity, where bonds of affection transcend differences. Written by Philippe de Chauveron and Guy Laurent. Adapted by Emmanuel Reichenbach. Directed by Michel-Maxime Legault. Featuring Rémy Girard, Chantal Baril, Widemir Normil, Neev, Ariel Ifergan, Nicolas Michon, Maxime Mompérousse, Monika Pilon, Marie-Eve Soulard La Ferrière, Alexis Gauthier, Marie-Ève Trudel and Catherine Larochelle. A co-production by Juste pour rire and Encore.
