BOUCAR DIOUF TROIS PRÉDATEURS ET UN BUNGALOW

Our bungalows are home to an unusual coexistence between three predators, gathered around a refrigerator. While humans and dogs naturally seek the company of others, cats tend to be more solitary. As Ira Lewis so aptly illustrated: “The dog thinks: they feed me, they protect me, they must be gods. The cat thinks: they feed me, they protect me, I must be a god.” This show skilfully blends biology, history and culture to tell, with humour and sensitivity, the story of dogs and cats alongside humans—a story intimately tied to our humanity. A funny, informative and touching show.
