Ocarina of Jazz : Symphonie inspirée de Zelda Ocarina of Time

What if the legend of Hyrule were told through jazz? Jazz’n Geek presents OCARINA OF JAZZ, a jazz suite inspired by The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Under the direction of Lex French, a big band and orchestra join forces to bring the game’s iconic themes to life through original, exclusive arrangements by artistic director Alexandre Choinière. From the tranquillity of Kokiri Forest to Epona’s gallops across Hyrule Field, from the stillness of the Temple of Time to the final duel against Ganondorf, let the ocarina guide you through the ages. Throughout the evening, follow the Hero of Time as he grows from one world to another, from lost childhood to the battle that will decide Hyrule’s fate. Unique in Canada, this half-jazz, half-symphonic orchestra specializing in video game music immerses you in the warmth of jazz, the grandeur of symphonic music and the nostalgia of your favourite video game worlds.
