Finale: Le retour des étoiles

For its final concert of the 2026–2027 season, the Orchestre symphonique de Laval invites you to an evening with the stars. Following Overture for an Unwritten Comedy, Op. 79, by Canadian composer Healey Willan, pianist Jean-Philippe Sylvestre will join the OSL to perform Prokofiev’s brilliant Piano Concerto No. 3 in C major, Op. 26, presented by the orchestra for the very first time. The second half will showcase the music of John Williams, including his suite for George Lucas’s Star Wars films, as the series celebrates its 50th anniversary. An evening of nostalgia and emotion awaits.
