Rum Ragged

After a brilliant, sold-out show last year, Juno-nominated Rum Ragged returns to CapU Centre! The band has since won Ensemble of the Year at the 2025 Canadian Folk Music Awards, celebrated its 10th anniversary and maintained a rigorous touring schedule. Influenced by their East Coast island’s kitchen party culture, Rum Ragged's richly traditional music also has a contemporary edge on the high-energy, fifth album Gone Jiggin'. Their striking vocal harmonies, captivating and often humorous songs, and masterful musicianship on fiddle, banjo, accordion and bouzouki give concertgoers an unforgettable experience.
